The Origin Story
A Story That Changed Everything
Priscilla Foster grew up in a home on well water in Southern Maryland. Like many families in the area, they trusted that the water coming into their home was safe. It looked fine. It seemed fine.
Years later, the family discovered that their well water had underlying contamination and water quality issues that had gone completely undetected for years — problems that had never been tested for, never identified, and never addressed.
The experience was eye-opening. Priscilla saw firsthand what happens when water quality problems go undetected — and how difficult it is to connect the dots when no one is asking the right questions.
Through that experience, Priscilla realized something that would shape everything that came after: too many companies were only treating symptoms instead of finding the real source of the issue.
Companies would come out, replace a part, collect a payment, and leave — only for the problem to return weeks or months later. Nobody was asking the deeper questions. Nobody was testing the water. Nobody was protecting the family.
