18-Month Parts &
Labor Warranty
Every plumbing installation and water treatment system we install is backed by our 18-month parts and labor warranty — one of the strongest workmanship guarantees in Southern Maryland. If it fails within 18 months of our installation, we come back and fix it. No charge. No argument.
What Our Warranty Covers
Our warranty covers both the parts we install and the labor to install them — for 18 months from the date of service.
Labor Warranty
18 Months
If any work we performed fails due to our installation within 18 months, we return and correct it at no charge. This covers our workmanship on every service we provide.
Parts Warranty
18 Months
Parts and equipment we supply are covered for 18 months against defects. For major equipment (well pumps, water heaters, UV systems), manufacturer warranties often extend beyond our 18-month coverage.
Manufacturer Warranty
Varies by Product
We install equipment from reputable manufacturers — Viqua, Pentair, A.O. Smith, Grundfos, and others — that carry their own manufacturer warranties. We help you register and claim these when applicable.
Services Covered by Our 18-Month Warranty
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear on consumable parts (UV lamps, filter cartridges, anode rods)
- Damage caused by customer misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
- Damage caused by acts of nature (flooding, freezing due to unheated spaces, lightning)
- Pre-existing conditions not related to our installation
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect function
- Routine maintenance items (annual lamp replacement, filter changes)
- Damage caused by water quality changes after installation (new contamination events)
- Equipment failure due to power surges or electrical issues not caused by us
- Service calls for issues unrelated to our original installation
Warranty Transferability
Our 18-month workmanship warranty is tied to the original service address and is transferable to a new homeowner if the property is sold during the warranty period. To transfer the warranty, contact us with the new owner's information and the original service date.
Manufacturer warranties transfer according to each manufacturer's individual policy. We will assist you in understanding and transferring applicable manufacturer warranties.

Why Our Warranty Is Different
18 Months — Not 90 Days
Most plumbers offer 30–90 day workmanship warranties. We offer 18 months because we stand behind our work. If we installed it correctly, it should last — and if it doesn't, that's on us.
Parts AND Labor
Many warranties cover parts but charge labor for warranty repairs. Ours covers both. If we come back for a warranty repair, you pay nothing — not for the part, not for our time.
Licensed Master Plumber Backs It
Our warranty is backed by Maryland Licensed Master Plumber & Gas Fitter Terry Foster Jr., License #98433. This isn't a handshake promise — it's a professional commitment under a licensed contractor.
No Fine Print Surprises
We explain exactly what is and isn't covered before any work begins. No surprise exclusions, no "that's not covered" after the fact. Honest warranty terms, clearly communicated.
