Licensed Plumber
We're looking for a licensed plumber who takes pride in quality work and honest service. Experience with well systems and water filtration is a strong plus. You'll work directly with homeowners, diagnose problems thoroughly, and deliver solutions that last.
Requirements:
- Maryland Journeyman or Master Plumber license
- 3+ years field experience
- Clean driving record
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with well systems preferred
Plumbing Apprentice
Starting your plumbing career? We invest in people who are serious about learning the trade the right way. You'll work alongside experienced plumbers on real jobs — well systems, water filtration, sewer work, and more. We support apprenticeship program enrollment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Clean driving record
- Reliable and punctual
- Physical ability to work in crawl spaces and outdoors
Service Coordinator
The voice of Deep Dive Plumbing Maryland. You'll handle inbound calls, schedule service appointments, follow up with customers, and keep our team organized. This role is critical to delivering the customer experience we're known for.
Requirements:
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Experience with scheduling software preferred
- Customer service background
- Familiarity with plumbing or home services a plus
