Leak Detection
What Is a Slab Leak and How Do You Fix It?
A slab leak is a leak in a water supply or drain line that runs beneath the concrete foundation (slab) of your home. Signs include: unexplained wet spots on floors, warm spots on the floor (hot water line leak), the sound of running water when all fixtures are off, or a sudden spike in your water bill. Slab leaks are repaired by tunneling under the slab, breaking through the concrete, or rerouting the pipe through the walls or attic to bypass the damaged section.
