Terry Jr. grew up in Southern Maryland in a family where skilled trades were a way of life. His father, Terry Foster Sr., is a Journeyman Plumber and Gas Fitter with over 40 years of experience — and it was working alongside his father as a young man that Terry Jr. first developed the hands-on instincts that now define how he approaches every job. He entered the Maryland state-approved plumbing apprenticeship program, completed 8,000+ hours of supervised field experience, and passed both the Maryland Master Plumber and Maryland Gas Fitter examinations administered by the Maryland Department of Labor.

He oversees every journeyman and apprentice on the Deep Dive team, ensuring that the Deep Dive standard is maintained on every single job. He personally reviews every camera inspection, every water test result, and every sewer repair before the job is considered complete.
